The Story of Unique Park Restaurant

Chef Ray and his wife have been integral to the restaurant industry since the early 1990s, wearing many hats during that time. In 1999, the couple decided to open their own establishment, originally named Unique Park Sub, and they have never looked back. After many successful years, the restaurant evolved, and in 2014, they rebranded it to Unique Park Restaurant, now located at 3521 NW 8th Ave, Pompano Beach, FL 33064.

Over the past 25 years, Unique Park Restaurant has become a staple in the community, renowned for its authentic Caribbean cuisine that captures the essence of Haiti and beyond.
